Madalas utusan, biruin, siyempre palaguin at tulungan, buhay ng newbie ‘yan sa isang worship team.
Kaya maging good leaders and examples tayo sa mga future generations at bagong members ng worship team natin.
Huwag silang biglain, set your expectations low, pray for them, pray for their growth, and guide them with patience.
Tandaan na lahat tayo dumaan sa pagiging baguhan dito. Kapag bago ka nga, minsan may pressure, may hiya, nakaka-culture shock rin.
Pakatandaan natin mga senior members, guide them and be easy on them.
Correct them if needed, help them grow musically, and help them grow spiritually as members of the worship and music ministry.
